Easy-peasy noodle with green yoghurt pesto

Ingredients
For 4 people

100 g pesto (glass)
200 g whole milk yoghurt
50 g of ground almonds
400 g spaghetti
50 g Parmesan (piece)

1. Boil 3-4 l salt water (1 tsp salt per liter). Mix pesto with yoghurt and almonds. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Cook the noodles in the boiling salted water according to the instructions. Slicing cheese into shavings. Drain the pasta and put it back in the pot. Mix with the yogurt pesto. Serve and sprinkle with cheese.

150 g of chorizo
2 tablespoons oil

1. Peel onions and cut into fine slices. Wash tomatoes and halve. Peel the skin off the chorizo, slice the sausage.
2. Heat oil in a large pan (with lid). Fry chorizo in a pan. Fry the onions for a short time, then add the tomatoes and fry for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Beat eggs one at a time and place in the pan. Roast for 4-6 minutes covered in medium heat. Wash the basil, shake dry, peel off the leaves, chop, if necessary. Season the eggs with salt and pepper. Sprinkle basil over it. It tastes of farmhouse bread.

60 g Tahin (sesame paste, glass)
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
5 tbsp olive oil
Cumin, salt, cinnamon

2 cloves of garlic
1 chili
500 g ground beef
6 stalk (s) of mint

1. Drain chickpeas and puree with Tahin, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of water, 3 tablespoons of oil and 1 teaspoon cumin. Season with salt.
2. Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop. Slice the chili lengthwise, core it, wash it and cut into rings. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the hamburger crumbly. Fry the onion, garlic and chili for about 5 minutes.
3. Wash the mint, shake it dry and roughly grate it. Season with salt and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Arrange hack and mint on the hummus.

1. Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 ° C / circulating air: 180 ° C / gas: see manufacturer). Put tomatoes, cream and pesto in a high mixing bowl, puree, season with salt and pepper. Heat sauce. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Drain the corn.
2. Spread the tortelloni, peppers and corn in a casserole dish. Pour the hot sauce evenly over it and cook in the hot oven for about 15 minutes. Dice mozzarella small. Wash basil, peel leaves and chop. Spread the mozzarella and basil on the gratin after approx. 5 minutes, gratinate.

1. Clean mushrooms, wash if necessary and cut smaller. Wash sage, pluck leaves from stalks. Dab schnitzel dry and flatten. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the meat and sage for about 4 minutes while turning, season with salt and pepper. Take out, keep warm.
2. Fry mushrooms and Italian herbs in frying fat for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with wine and cream, bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
